Treadnill set at 1% incline. 2 moderate miles (7:28 pace) followed by 1 minute @ 7:00/1 minute @ 7:30. Finished up with a 7:24 mile. Amped up the speed to bring me closer to what I want to run at the race in April. I think I'm pretty much where I want to be at this stage of training (Race day minus 10 weeks.)
