Notes

more 25m intervals. I completed the same workout in less time than yesterday. I tried to relax but I'm still using too much energy. I was watching a guy next to me who had good form and looked relaxed and was doing laps. So I waited until he got back and turned around before I started. I passed him up in the end. That doesn't mean I'm faster, just means I don't know how to float enough to do easy swimming. Need to practice going slow and easy, less effort. But it was fun.
