No, this was my best long run this season. It was long, it was hard, but it was steady. I didn't have to will myself to keep running. I started off easy and ended strong (wow, what a concept). It helped that I only only planned on doing 10 minute miles, so the fact that I feltgood enough to pick it up after my 15 miles yesterday. 37 miles one weekend, not bad. Good end to the last week of high mileage training. Bring on CIM!!
