Well so much for slowing down. I did the first mile. THe second one was downhill, the third one had an uphill stride and then I relaxed after that, and the 4th mile had a single shorter stride like the ones I did yesterday. And just in case I came home and did the roller on my hammies and calves. BUt all feels good. Still felt easy thoughout other than the two strides.

But I need to get a slow day in here. Maybe tomorrow do the treadmill at 7.0. :)
