MP pace on treadmill. A little tiring at first but got easier. Started to get more winded as I approached 8:00 so I backed off to 8:34 and then back up to 8:20. Warmed up with an 8:51 mile. I'm ready. Just don't go too much faster than 8:24, and try to stay away from 8:00 unless going down hill. Easy run tomorrow... then it's marathon time.
