Mid afternoon after getting sick yesterday and feeling like shizzle. But running alwasy makes me feel better... ALWAYS! Focused only distance and heart rate and planned on staying below 150 average per lap, and staying above 160 for last two. Executed to perfection, even though last two miles were up hill by 50+ feet. I felt great and couldn't went longer but it felt good. Great run, great week even with the sickness and mixed results.
