400/800, 1:32/3:45. I messed the group up with the wrong splits on first tempo interval, tried to make up for it on the second, but we struggled in the middle to stay together. It was tough because there wasn't that many of us running. But after spreading out in the end and going down to just Kathleen and I, we gave up the grouping and ran solo. It was tough enough just to finish, but we did, and we picked up the pace. But I think it's doable. The 400 surges make the workout fun, but more difficult as well compared to keeping a consistent 7:13 pace (or 6:58 as it should've been). Averages were 1:32/3:58. I'm thrilled to have done what we did.
