Hard, but I didn't die. More like a 9.5! THE SHOES WERE TOO LOOSE AND LUBRICATED. Great for LD, BAD for SPEED!!! Don't make the same mistake saturday. Flat feet insoles. Other than that, I'm very proud of this run.
