yeah.. yeah.. I could've just run the next 1.2 at 7.2 mph but it was a quick decision to bump it up to 7.5 estimating how much time I would need to make up for the rest. Hey, it made it more interesting at least. I did 9 miles on the flippin' treadmill. No calf problems at all! Barely even felt the achilles issue, and there was NO pain and it didn't affect my form one bit. Shoes weren't bad. It wasn't as easy as some of my other easy runs but factoring in running in the structures and running on the TM, it was still easy. Tomorrow... we do 22 w/ last 6 GMP! YEAH!!
