A rainy 18 miler with Mark, Reggie, and Chad turned into a rainy fun 20.62 miler from the hatchery to the 12.5 mark. I did some fartlek during the run and ran a low 7's in the last mile to bring the overal pace from 9:13 to 9:03. I would upload the splits by my GPS is jacked up!
