Set low expectations. Set the watch for 37:00. Barely looked at it except for the first 7:02 mile, and I wasn't trying very hard. So I slowed it down. My last mile was the fastest, 6:55ish pace and that mile felt like a race. Felt really good. Didn't get much sleep, but I didn't drink too much like I normally do. Also stretched last night. Felt good. Good race for not racing.
