Numbers are close enough, still working out how to do this on the GPS and I had to remove the warm up. But this was the best fartlek to date, and outside. It was actually easier outside even though I need to work on pacing. A little too fast too early. The bad thing though is I don't have a good overall number because the intervals are by 100th's, and I had to recalculate after removing the cool downs, which means I had to change the overall. But again, close enough. I'm really happy with this effort being it was outside and in the morning. I had to walk twice but only for a few seconds. Shoes felt weird though but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Good Tempo, that's two in a row!
