6x1200m at threshold pace. This was a pretty good workout especially for a monday after a meet with a day off before it. We hit anywhere between 3:55-4:00 for all of them and all of them were paced evenly. This probably helped towards how I felt overall. Alex brought up an idea about running like a mile shakeout in the morning when we have a hard workout on monday coming off of a day off so I think im gonna try that.
