Notes

10 mile progression. This was rough for me because I wasn't able to make it to the unofficial practice with the team. Once I had the time to run, I just ran around my dad's neighborhood. My legs felt a little heavy on the run, but I think I'll feel recovered with the day off of running tomorrow. I still plan to go for a bike ride though.
