Notes

First time doing something other than easy since magis. I'm still out of shape from my wisdom teeth and I just got new shoes that I wore for the first time but today wasnt as bad as I thought it'd be. First one was 4:35 which was slow but then we rolled through the second in 4:23 which for me right now I think is too fast for hm pace. That's when I decided to pull it back a little. I stayed with my group through 800 for the next 3 becuase every time we rolled in at or over 3:00 which is what I wanted to do. After that I let myself drop off because my group would always pick it up from halfstepping and run the last 400 around 80-82 seconds. Thats not how I like doing workouts so hopefully whatever group I end up in next week doesnt do the same. My last 3 I was around 4:28 so I had a good workout overall despite the group issue.
