Notes

Good q-day workout following a long run. Started off slow since we weren't sure how this would go with the rain and win. Hit 3:14, 3:10, 3:09, 3:06, 3:13, 3:09. Excluding the 5th interval, we pretty much increased the pace as we went on without it really feeling like it was getting harder.
