Got together with Alex, Ryan, and John to beat the shit out of each other. Goals were this to not get my ass knocked out(successful), not get pummeled with balls(unsuccessful), and land some shots on everyone else(successful). I started out slow and gradually eased into it as the fight went on. My throwing form began to slip away from me later in the battle but since it's so early into the season I'm not too worried. Overall I my aerobics felt very good and for most of it I wasn't even breathing. I landed some good tennis ball throws but took many noodles to the face. Looking forward to seeing what I can do in the next coming fights.
