Notes

14x400m at 2 mile(ish) race pace. Hit 70s pretty consistently for this which got me into a nice rhythm so overall im feeling good about this workout leadin up to arcadia. Last 3 or 4 were a bit of a struggle but thats expected. Lowkey crazy people like dylan jacobs or soren run this pace for 3 straight miles on grass.
