Treadmill

Notes

My right calf muscle was extremely sore this morning when I woke up, and since it was somewhat painful to walk on it, I decided to play it safe and run on a treadmill, that way I could stop at any point if need be and not be stuck in the cold 5 miles away from where I started. For the first 10 minutes or so it was a little difficult to run, but thankfully after that I started feeling better and less pain in my calf. Hopefully a little ice and some rest is all I need.
