9 easy 3 mpace. First 8 were chill on deer trails for some soft ground then we went out 2 miles down modaff. With how my legs were feeling I wasn’t sure how fast I could go so I gradually built up to the mpace, so the first mile of it was more like a fast steady and then I got down to the right pace. The gps distance was screwed up so I don’t know my actual splits but I occasionally checked my watch so imma guess the first mile was ~5:55 and the last two were 5:40-5:45. I think I’m getting better at continuing to push myself when my body starts to strain. On the last mile I started to struggle but I realized that my breathing was very controlled and it was just my legs that were making me tired. That gave me some confidence which helped me keep the same pace to finish up.
