White Eagle loop with 3x9 minute tpace pickups. First one was around 5:35 which is what I wanted to hit and it was pretty rough towards 8-9 minutes but I think that was just from it being the first one. Second one I felt good midway through so I surged a bit to high 5:20s and then held 5:30 for the last one. This went better than I thought it would given the type of workout so I'm satisfied.
