Notes

4x80m hill sprints. These felt pretty smooth and there were no problems. I got lucky with the weather on this one. When I started my 1st mile of the run was lightly raining and then right when I got to the hill it stopped and the sun came out. And then after I finished my last hill and started running back it started raining.
