5k tempo at the track meet. As soon as the gun went off my group got into a tight pack and almost immediately got right into 5:40 pace we pretty much stayed right arounf that pace for the first 2 miles. It was great to start off without any pacing issues and I could tell that the whole pack got into a rhythm and we just held it. Last mile was a little faster and my last lap was around 72. Being on the track after going through form work felt great and honestly for the first 4k I didn't really feel like I was doing a threshold.
