Notes

6 easy then 6 steady. I had to run this one by myself because I woke up too late and couldn't make it to practice. I started the easy off at around 7:30 and once the steady started I ended up going just under 7:00 pace. Overall it was a pretty quality run except for the fact that I had to do it alone.
