4 steady after the 40s. It was a little difficult to get going at a decent pace after the 40s but it ended up being a good run overall. Ran and talked with Mo on this which was nice. We went 6:10 for pretty much the whole thing and had a few surges under 6 and drop-backs to 6:20 on it but they were very brief so it’s ok.
