Notes

I was going to swim but they had the pool closed because they saw lightning. So I did 4 upper body machines and the hip abductor machine. I did 3 sets of 15 repetitions each. For core, I did 4 x 90 seconds plank with 30 seconds rest. Afterwards, I also did about 30 minutes of hip rehab with many different stretch and strengthening exercises.
