I did this run with Kevin before church. The route we did was the 2 mile loop around the lake and then an out and back on Bryant Grove trail. This workout felt very hard and ended up being like a marathon interval workout where I did 4.5 miles, then 1.5 miles then 1 mile with about 90 seconds of standing rest.
