Notes

After we got done mowing, Melissa went to the YMCA with me and did strength training. We did 5 upper body machines of 3 sets of 15 repititions. Melissa did really well on this workout. We then did core by 1 minute of plank and then 20 crunches and we did 3 sets of these.
