Notes

I actually did some free weights today for upper body. I did the bench press and did 135 pounds the reps were 12/11/9. I then did arm curls and triceps with dumbbells. I did shoulder machine and the adductor machine for my hips. I also did the delince bench press crunches with a medicine ball overhead for my core.
