I did 6 lower body machines at 3 sets of 15 repetitions. It was really odd on the lunges. If felt something really weird in my right hip which is not the hip that has been hurting. it was in the front part of the hip and it was like a shooting pain. I also did core by getting on the decline bench with the medicine ball and doing crunches.
