Notes

I met Kevin at the YMCA and did this workout. It is the last quality workout before the half marathon in Ohio this weekend. The workout went really well. I'm not sure why but it could be that treadmill was not super accurate. Oh well, I know it was a quality effort. I wanted to keep a 7:47 pace but I had to pick it up the last 15 minutes to make me have to focus more mentally. If the half marathon goes like this workout, it will be a very good result.
