MI = 77 + 64 = 141. I was really huffing and puffing on this run even though I went slow. I did this same run in the fall and went faster and felt better. I just have to trust that the training is working because there will be little positive feedback from the training during the summer. I just have to get past the fact that it is ok to be slower. I did the 11.2 and then I did 3 miles on Belle Meade Blvd. Kevin did his long run with Chaz and Frank to Radnor Lake and back.
