MI = 76 + 71 = 147. Kevin forgot his watch so I let him use mine since he had a semi workout. I'm just guessing that I averaged a 9 minute pace. It may have been slower because my legs are still trashed from the boot camp class I took Thursday. I went down the last hill really hard. Hopefully that does not hurt me too much for tonight's Striders 5K.
