Notes

1 hour on the elliptical. Kept it at a good pace + resistance level. I don't like that it doesn't feel like it really gets your hamstrings, but the weather sucked and this let me stay warm + watch my physics lecture as I worked out.

Really kicked in the last 2-3 minutes.
