Second 800m. Did it within a couple minutes of finishing the hard Herman Road loop. Felt pretty good about it, even though I had to run alone. On the second half my hamstrings were a little sore, but I liked the effort I could put into it.
It was weird being back on the track running 800m. Especially with the cold weather it felt like winter track.
