Felt pretty good today. Body a little sore, but that predominantly was my lats and back. Long run yesterday, but my legs were feeling fine. A little worried about today, after running horribly on Monday, but it turned out fine.

Mile tempos were faster than last week, but still pretty much right on pace (2nd tempo splits today were: 85-90-90-91).

200s felt good. Dialed into the 1mi pace. The last one on the 800m pace was hard, but could push through without too much difficulty for a good time.
