Kept those pretty much in pace
4x 200m - mile pace - 36 sec - Did okay with these, but it was hard.
4x 200m - 800m pace - 33-34 - Hard. Felt bad and just didn't keep up.
45-30-15 rest between 200m reps. 400m jog between sets.
2 lap cool down.
