Recovery day, but my legs were feeling pretty good today. Stayed with the top guys, even though by the end we were moving pretty quickly. Felt like a good, active type of recovery though.
Nice to get back into a regular week of training. Will be running the mile in the DMR Saturday. A little nervous about trying to break 5:00, but still confident after running a 5:11 split on 12/23 for my 1st mile in the 3k.
