Notes
Wasn't feeling quite as good today. My time ended up fine though, so it all balances out. Wasn't quite as easy to keep this pace as earlier tempos (less sleep + rest I'm guessing) but I managed to stay with my group. Conner Quinn picked up the last 200m or so, getting about 10 seconds faster than me, and Chris beat me by about 5 seconds.
Happy with my time + performance.
