tale of two runners ... about a 1000% better than my long-run last week. Was out late again, but that was offset by perfect weather. My hips hurt a bit, but otherwise, i feel really good.
it should be noted that my pace was very consistent. I purposely took it really easy the first 2 miles [over 9 minute / miles] ... that 8:45 pace seems to feel very good to me -- consistent / easy ... felt like it is sustainable. Looking forward to next week.
