2 mile warm up @ 17 minutes; then 5 x 2 minutes with 1 minute recovery @ 15:04 for 2.01 miles [so 7:30 miles which would mean that I was running the 2 minutes at well under 7:30 pace b/c the 1 minute recoveries were slow slow jogs.] ... then the last 1.12 miles as a warm down. Weather is getting better ... felt good.
