I don't have the distances exact ... but I did a 2 mile w/u then a 3min x 6 repeat with 1 minute jogs in between. Hungover ... looking forward to the hot roast beef and provalone sammy for the Eagles home openner. Breaking in a new pair of kicks today as well. Knee still hurts ... continuing to stretch.
