a little tired this AM ... even though it was an easy run I really felt like I was expending a whole lot of energy for what amounts to a pretty average pace. It's wierd. [In other words -- I was more tired than I thought I should be for the pace at which I was moving.] GREAT WEATHER -- looking forward to constantly cooler weather
