Felt great ... it rained [poured] this AM when I woke up ... so I stayed in bed and ran rright after work. I just found out [about an hour earlier] that I am officially running in the NYC Marathon on 11/02/08 ... I was pretty fired up ... I swear it doesn't feel like I am going this fast ... I literally re-mapped the distance on mapmyrun.com and it comes up at 4 miles -- go figure
