2 mile warm up at a pretty good clip ... then 8 x 1:00 minutes. [1 minute hard followed by 1 minute jogged recovery.] ... I didn't map the distance so it may be a bit more or less than what's stated. Really streched the legs on the 8 x 1's ... heart rate was up and breathing was heavy ... felt good when I was done. Still breaking in the new kicks. I ordered 2 more pairs of size 14's so that I can get a rotation going with the shoes.
