Kind of a big workout. Didn't run it crazy hard. Made up for that in volume.
800 @ 10K pace, 100 rest, 400 @ 5K pace, 100 rest, 200 @ 3K pace, 400 rest -- repeat.
I love this workout!!!!! Mental toughness with littlle rest!!
