Well, that's a mile for the day already. Really don't need to be putting taxing days back to back like I've been doing this month. No more races and hopefully no more stunts. Legs are a bit wrung out so might just take the short run commute home, get some recovery, and reload for tomorrow.

Just need to focus on "easy" 50-55 mile weeks with one workout and one long run and ample recovery in between.
