Meh, I started slow. Who starts so slowly on a mile? This has to be a first for me. I think the miles this week then the speed leg took all my pop. On the upside it was comfortable, obviously. Ran the last three steady and didn't feel wasted at the end. Clearly I didn't run it hard enough. Ran same time two years ago and was wasted. This year ... meh.
The team ran 2:46:00 this year. Last year 2:46:09. That's improvement!
