4x800 w/ 200 recovery then 4x400 w/ 200 recovery then 4x200 w/200 recovery. 400 recovery between sets.

Tired from the last 5 days, not enough sleep, etc, etc... Wind was really blowing around the back 200 and made it tough.

Turned out to be a legit workout. Any more would have been too much.
