Kinda warm out but the breeze really kept things in check. Ran from dentist office to home. Everett has no trees so is hot as hell. Stopped for an ice cream cone after about a mile. That really helped things and the run got better after that. About a mile from home I stopped for some ice coffee. That was nice too. I'm pretty sure I consumed more calories on this run than I burned.
